My Story

Welcome! I’m Caralee Thomas, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Master Hypnotist dedicated to helping others find strength, balance, and renewal. Growing up as the seventh of eight children with a twin sister by my side taught me resilience, compassion, and the power of connection—values that shape my work today.


With advanced training in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, and Hypnotherapy, I combine evidence-based techniques with heartfelt understanding. My greatest passion is supporting new and young mothers as they face the profound physical, emotional, and mental challenges of motherhood.


As a mother of eight myself, I’ve lived the reality of raising a family through poverty, addiction, abuse, and hardship. Those experiences, paired with my professional expertise, allow me to create a space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and equipped to overcome challenges.


My mission is clear: to provide care that restores the body, empowers the mind, and helps individuals—especially mothers—step into a life of strength, connection, and possibility.
